For February fitness you need to cut down your cardio to once a day with around five to six days a week. Give it alternates between treadmill, bike and elliptical. April is for abs

May – Try something New
So, summer has finally hit and it is the perfect weather to mix and match your workout. Every day of the week, you can try out something new. Take a bike ride through the city on one day, jog along the run trails and simply enjoy the spring weather. There is multiple options available right from power walk, outdoor volleyball to rollerblade. Simply enjoy the outdoors and stay fit.
June, July, August
Yes, at this point working outdoors with the mercury going all crazy, doesn’t sound very inviting. However, this very same increased temperature will burn the toxins from your body and of course the sun can be a natural source of Vitamin D. outdoor exercising can not only help you socialize and have more fun as compared to your gym workouts, but the natural conditions also make you more beautiful and fresh from inside.

One of the things that is extremely tempting is to have fun water exercises. There are many activities that you can do, however you can do rounds between lap pool workouts and natural water workouts. But as a precautionary method, always have a friend or companion in a close supervised area.
